Sesungguhnya ayat Al-Qur'an yang paling menggembirakan adalah firman Allah Swt. di dalam surat Az-Zumar, yaitu: Katakanlah, "Hai hamba-hamba-Ku yang melampaui batas terhadap diri mereka sendiri, janganlah kamu berputus asa dari rahmat Allah.” (Az-Zumar: 53) Dan sesungguhnya ayat yang paling menonjolkan masalah berserah diri adalah firman-Nya:

Dialah Allah Yang Maha Esa lagi Maha Mengalahkan. (Az-Zumar: 4) Yakni Mahatinggi lagi Mahasuci bila dikatakan Allah mempunyai anak, karena sesungguhnya Dia Maha Esa, Tuhan Yang Satu lagi Tunggal, bergantung kepada-Nya segala sesuatu, segala sesuatu merupakan hamba­Nya dan berhajat kepada-Nya, sedangkan Dia Mahakaya dari yang lain­Nya.

The Chapter has 75 Verses and is revealed at Mecca. Like other Meccan Chapters, it mainly treats of God Almighty and Resurrection. The word zumar indicates “groups” and the title of the Chapter, as mentioned in Verses 71 and 73, alludes to the ingress of the peoples of Hell and Paradise into their assigned dwellings.
