Embora esse seja o modelo com memória RAM um pouquinho menor, os 2GB garantem que o Asus Zenfone 3 seja um aparelho eficiente em multitarefas e trabalhando sem engasgos. Mas é bom notar que essa memória RAM não está entre as maiores entre os smartphones do mesmo nível, e usuários mais exigentes podem sentir falta de maior fluidez em apps e games pesados. Sobre o sistema operacional, a boa notícia é que o Zenfone 3 já vem com o Android Marshmallow de fábrica com a interface ZenUI que traz aplicativos que ajudam a melhorar ainda mais o desempenho do smartphone, e traz novidades na tela de bloqueio, como os widgets de relógio e de previsão do tempo.
